The Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) will celebrate its 100th year of racing in May. In honor of the anniversary, Project 100 is underway where workers are put up a new roof and stadium seating on the upper deck.
The IMS is the home of the Indianapolis 500 race which is also referred to as “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing”. As winter inches nearer, those involved in the build are working full speed ahead to ensure the improvements are finished in time for another great year of racing.
On Thursday, this photo was shared by Iron Worker Nick Dowling who’s currently part of Project 100 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS). What a creative and patriotic way to fly the American Flag!
