Collins Flags strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipments are made by UPS or mail from the designated warehouse. We will work with other carriers upon direct request.

Delivery days are business days from when we ship your order; UPS does NOT deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery at extra cost, and only if it's available in your area. Please contact us to arrange special shipping options.


Stock orders are typically shipped same day but no longer than 24 to 48 Hours. Please allow 1-2 business days from when you place your order for us to process, package, and ship your order.

Please plan your purchases accordingly by reviewing our shipping options, policies, and procedures. Due to special package requirements, we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or may be constrained on our shipping options.

We strive to ship within two business days. If your product is out of stock we will attempt to notify you via the contact information you furnished. We will not be responsible for expedited shipping due to delay of your order. If you require a specific delivery date, expedited shipping options are highly recommended. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will ship by priority mail because UPS offers Air Delivery only at additional cost (request quote). APO address will go by Priority Mail and rates used are actual USPS rates. We will provide notification as to actual costs before shipping if requested.
